In conjunction with the rockabilly car show & event "Rust-O-Rama",the Cherry City Derby Girls will be throwing an octane fueled, double-header home bout featuring our four home teams:Dolls of Anarchy, Panty Raiders, Rydell Belles and Thrill Kill Kittens. PLUS....The FEARLEADERS Free Activities area for the kids, Live Music & Entertainment, Food, Beer & Other Refreshments, Raffles, Contests & MORE!!!

Happy Dads Day!!

This last week we visited the residents of Sherwood Park Nursing and Rehab. We had a blast rolling around chatting with the residents, and serving them Root beer floats at their fathers day party. Their Activity Director Donna McCario sent this little note about the impact we had in the lives of the residents.

     "Last night The Belles volunteered at our nursing home for a 50"s themed Dad's day party. I thought it would bring back, 'car hop' memories to our wonderful folks. Little did I know they would not only bring back memories but that THEY WOULD STEAL THE SHOW!! They skated, they charmed, they were AMAZING and better still, they made NEW memories for our dear residents!! Ladies, I hope you know what a difference you made in these lives and I hope your smiles are as big as the ones I got today! You are the 'talk of the town' and I've got folks grinning from ear to ear because of you! Not enough words for your kindness but THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!"

We want (and need) to purchase sports flooring (durable plastic, snap together floor tiles) so we will no longer have to skate on the bare cement floor of our practice space, the Dust Bowl.
